2023 Donor Impact Report

It's that time of year when we reflect on 2023, asking, “How successful were we? What was our impact?”

Success is mostly measured by how many people moved on from Champ Homes and found sustainable housing. I am thrilled to report that 2023 was another incredibly successful year for our participants. Ninety percent (27 out of 30) of our Champs achieved this. Another measure of success is being productive. Last year, more than 90% of our Champs who are able to work held at least part-time employment, and many have continued their education.

Between these milestones, we celebrate daily victories like landing a job, getting good grades, obtaining a driver's license, reconnecting with family, making a new friend, gaining confidence, or simply accomplishing something that they never thought they could.

We can’t say thank you often enough because without your generosity, none of this would be possible.

Your support not only has this transformative impact, it also creates a ripple effect throughout the community. There is an impact when we house someone who would otherwise be homeless. When our Champs gain employment or give back through volunteering, there is impact. And when we guide people who need access to resources like medical care, mental health support, housing, or just simple compassion and community, there is impact. Your support drives so much impact that cannot be measured, but it certainly is a powerful thing.

Champ Homes is so fortunate to be supported by a group of people, foundations, and local businesses who care about our Champs and this community. Without each of you, so many wouldn’t have the life-changing opportunities that, together, we can provide.
