Places of hope, built on faith.
At Champ Homes, we are committed to providing transitional housing to adults experiencing homelessness or housing instability within our safe, compassionate, and respectful community. We empower individuals by instilling self-confidence, hope, and faith through demonstrating essential life skills, providing vocational supports, and promoting self-advocacy. With these foundational supports, participants are equipped to secure stable housing and achieve long-term success.
Helping individual reach their full potential.
Champ Homes seeks to provide shelter, build community and change lives. We provide and maintain a safe, therapeutic and nurturing environment where homeless individuals are empowered to participate in our supportive, family-type housing model. It is our sincere hope that individuals will find an oasis where love, respect and support, help each to move away from the difficulties that led to their homelessness and begin to reach their full potential.
Serving our community.
Since 1991, Champ Homes has grown to be a community of four residences near the Main Street of downtown Hyannis.
More than 3,000 people have enjoyed Champ Homes as their home and family. Our participants are Cape Cod students, veterans, and individuals from all backgrounds that have fallen on hard times.
